A full day program,  9:30 AM - 4:00 PM, provides the information on lending compliance that experienced loan department personnel really need - recent developments that have occurred this year.

Keeping up is the most common training goal for personnel in the compliance and lending areas. Since the late 1960's the steady stream of new consumer laws and regulations has been continuously supplemented by revisions. Often, compliance errors occur simply because the lender was not aware of a change.

Never in the history of lending compliance has the volume of changes exceeded the level experienced in the last 12 months. This full-day program provides an update on all of the changes, with special emphasis on the new SAFE Act rules and the FCRA changes that are effective on January 1, 2011.
